They often don’t recognize the benefits to the organization or to themselves. They may be concerned that they won’t have a job. The uncertainty that accompanies change may cause leaders to feel like they’ve lost their leadership mojo. Instead of embracing the change effort, leaders often exhibit reactive behavior patterns. Even those who are excited about the changes often feel off balance.

Our program separates our mindset coaching from performance-based metrics and the management of the transformation. Not having performance pressure allows us to create a confidential container where the leader can have the psychological safety to let down their guard. This allows the leader to explore both where they excel as a leader and where they feel challenged or off balance. Through this process, they become more accepting of the change initiative and more willing to look inward about how they are showing up. In our sessions leaders have the opportunity to explore their goals, their concerns, their values, their challenges, their personal leadership style, their triggers, and how they navigate conflicts, in addition to the new ways of doing business that come with agile transformation.
